EAS Transport Planning

EAS provide consultancy services to a wide range of clients specialising in highway access and design, transport planning including undertaking Transport Assessments and Travel Plans, sustainable drainage design and Flood Risk Assessments, and utilities advice. We apply our expertise from feasibility, through the planning process, detailed design and implementation on site.

We work with a range of clients in both the public and private sector from small to large developers and local authorities. We have worked on a wide range of residential projects from single dwellings to 1000 houses, as well as working regularly in other areas such as education, industrial, business and leisure.

We have an office in Stanstead Abbotts in Hertfordshire and Kenilworth in Warwickshire. We work thoughout the UK with the majority of our projects in Greater London, East Anglia, the home-counties and the Midlands.

We have excellent relationships with a range of design professionals within the development industry including town planners, architects, contractors, site investigation and topographical surveyors and traffic survey specialists. Through these relationships we are able to provide further expertise to help meet all development needs.

EAS has been established for over 6 years and is run by three directors with backgrounds in development consultancy, Local Authority, Quango, and research. All projects are managed by a director of the company and we are able to offer a level of project contact often lost in larger practices.
