Had a very good experience, we built before selling previous home so budget was tight, despite this the core structure is sound, and over the last 20 years since wooden windows are now uPVC and other upgrades. Impressed by the various houses weve seen this firm build around the area. Yes, there are inevitable niggles as you expect with custom designs, but a lot less than the big boys!

We moved into a new house built by Greenwood and Ford 5 months ago, overall, we are happy with the quality of the workmanship. The same cannot however be said of the post sale follow up which has been nothing short of appalling. Had the issues with the threshold of the electric gate (leading to all four houses) been sorted we would have given a much higher star rating. After 5 months we are still waiting for this work to be completed. I would suggest anyone buying a new house ensure everything is written and do not rely on gentlemans agreements.
