Windows are cheaper than most but not wonderful. The worst thing is that the guy will ignore you for ages until HE decides it’s time to speak to you! What a dreadful customer service. Better avoid. Not worth the hassle. Plus the customer is always wrong with Ray.

No communication. You’re just kept in the dark until Ray thinks it’s time to contact us. It’s really stressful and bad for my mental health. Yes he’s affordable but the windows now have problems. Look good but letting the water through. He just won’t respond.
