I have had an awful experience with this company, at the hands of T Micoli in particular, resulting in receiving my deposit back some 2 months after initial contact and over 3 weeks after my kitchen had been fully fitted. Working in the industry as a designer and specifier I am used to lead times, workflow, ordering etc. But I can honestly say this experience, in particular for my wife as it was a personal project, has been horrendous. I am left with the point that reputation will only get you so far and given they like to remind you they have been around for 100yrs they can do a lot better in my view. Would most certainly NOT recommend.
