Pre Cast Pavement Lights
Luxcrete products can be supplied as pre cast units either to be fixed by the general contractor or by our experienced installation teams. All our products are made to order in our controlled factory environment. Pre casting usually speeds up site installation and allows work to continue during very cold weather. Luxcrete panels can be manufactured to suit most shapes, including square, rectangular, circular, triangular, multi-sided and irregular.

Concrete pavement lights are durable, decorative elements that combine glass or prism lenses with precast concrete to allow natural light into underground or basement spaces. Their main function is to illuminate dark, subterranean areas during the day, reducing reliance on electric lighting. Many precast pavement lights can provide a glowing effect at night if there is illumination in the basement below. All Luxcrete pavement lights, roof lights and floor lights can be cast in situ by our highly skilled and dedicated personnel. Casting pavement lights in situ allows glass lenses, pressed glass lenses or pressed glass prism lenses to be set within reinforced concrete, creating a durable, light-transmitting structural feature for basement areas, entrance areas and other underground areas. This method also supports glass blocks for suitable roof lights, floor lights and related constructions.

Our representative can attend the site to conduct a completely free survey, providing critical baseline data for the project. Our representative can compile a detailed report and offer recommendations and advice on your project needs, including professional scoping and feasibility guidance without upfront costs. Replace and match damaged glass lens or fire rated blocks on floor and roof lights. Damaged or cracked glass lens or fire rated blocks units can be removed and individually replaced. Our main aim is to source something like for like. With our extensive supply chain this can usually be met. It is recommended that our skilled operatives carry out this work.
