N Marshall & Son

I would not recommend Phil Marshall. He was contracted to fit a main bathroom and en suite but abandoned the job part way through, leaving my family without an en suite for 9 months. I had to incur the cost of an alternative plumber to complete the job.

I now have a court judgement against Phil Marshall for unfulfilment of the contract, ordering that he reimburse the costs incurred to complete the job.

The company has been reported to trading standards. To note, although still trading under this name, the company was officially dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 20th February 2024. Additionally, a company operating under the name Marshall’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd had previously been dissolved in the same manner on 19th June 2018.
