Modular construction offers a more flexible solution than conventional construction techniques, with modular buildings typically representing a lower financial outlay, the ability to be produced to tighter timescales, and with the inherent consistency and quality that off-site construction achieves.

Modular Construction
The role of modular off-site construction in providing more efficient and sustainable methods of construction is quickly on the rise. Alongside reduced lead times, cost control, minimised disruption and factory controlled quality, modular buildings are vastly flexible and suitable for almost any application.
Since our beginnings in 1991 we’ve created a range of modular buildings for many different types of use.
At Elite, we pride ourselves on being able to work with our customers to create a modular solution for any requirement: whether it’s our eco classroom concept, modular units for healthcare, or commercial buildings.
Our bespoke approach to off-site construction ensures flexibility: we can manufacture single or multi-storey buildings, and will work closely with architects, developers and local authorities to ensure that the property is of the highest quality, meets planning conditions, matches the local character of any given area and provides an excellent living environment for the end user.
Eco-Concept
Our Eco Concept builds on decades of experience providing modular solutions to create a sustainable future-proof system that meets our customers’ needs for years to come. The concept is designed to be suitable for a range of real world applications and has been assessed to achieve an Outstanding rating by BREEAM.
The flexibility of the design means that it can be used as a modular classroom, office building, sports pavilion or modular hospital ward and our bespoke design capabilities mean that the concept is scalable to meet the needs of the brief.
