Welcome to our luxury villa we are 10 minutes away from Magic Kingdom, Down Town Disney, Bizzard Beach, Pleasure Island, Discovery Cove, Sea World is 20 minutes away, Shops and restaurant are all to hand on the HWY 27. This villa is close to super markets and shops Restaurants. Olando International Airport is only 20 minutes away and Sanford airport is 50 minutes away. Car hire is a must. All bedrooms are fully Air-Conditioned. There are three Master Bedroom with en-suites bathrooms. 26" Plasma TV's with DVD players. Also we have two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each with shared bathroom. Also have 26" plasma with DVD players. The kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped with a large America style fridge with ice maker. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator. We also have a utility room with large washer and dryer so you can even go home with a clean suite. Every you need and much more to make your stay homely. There is a Large open plan living room which look on to the pool area with patio doors.

It has a 50" plasma TV with Cable, DVD player and large selection of movies so you and the family can sit down and unwind. We have a second living area also with 42" plasma TV, DVD player, Xbox, Nintendo Wii so the kids have plenty to keep them occupied after the parks. Pool Area has large swimming pool and six berth Jacuzzi is fully screen and south facing getting plenty of sun all day.

Out door dinner area under covered patio area with 4 Burner BBQ out door table with chairs and four sun loungers provided so that you can relax in privacy after a long day around the parks. Either sunbath on the deck area or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and play in the pool. Change over days we are ask for 10am depart, if there is none in on the same day we can be flexible on the time you have to leave so just ask management if villa is available to do this, we would lovely to help you out at no extra cost.

When you are happy with villa the price and want to make a booking, all I ask for is a deposit first to hold your dates for you. Then 8 weeks before your holidays I will ask for final payment.

Welcome to our Florida villa located on the Prestigious Gated Community of Calabay Parc Tower Lake. Our house is built to the highest standard with its superb upgrades throughout. This beautiful and unique villa is one of a kind. With its large open plan layout it will make you feel at home from the moment you through the door.

The house is not overlooked with no neighbours either side and Tower Lake behind us. So prime position for those long relaxing evenings around the pool or watching the sunset go down from our very own private balcony. The pool area is south facing so you will get the sun all day, with a 32ft heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, extended patio and luxury loungers its a perfect place to relax after a hard day at the parks. With the boat ramp and fishing pier less than 50 meters away, fishing is always an option any time of day.

We loved the location and relaxing approach to life the Floridian people seem to have. An ideal break from everyday life. With the parks for all the excitement and our beautiful home to unwind in. This place has everything.

In Florida you nearly always get the sun. most vacation homes have a private, extended decking all mod cons etc. What most don't have is a lake at your back door and amazing sunset views from the peace and tranquillity of your own private balcony. There is no better feeling than taking your fresh brewed coffee onto the balcony listening to the wildlife say good morning. In our home we have put everything in the house that makes our holiday special and hope that our guests enjoy them as much as we do.
