Sabiana launches a new range of heat recovery units to meet the new ERP 2018 regulations.

Recent changes to the regulations require manufacturers to adhere to the new ECOdesign directive which sees large strides in efficiency performance of both the heat-exchanger and fan electrical consumption.

Suitable for commercial and public buildings, the Energy Plus range consists of 4 models ranging from 300m3/hr to 2,600 m3/hr (0.08 m3/sec to .72m3/sec) and feature thermal exchange efficiencies of up to 94%.

The units can be mounted horizontally in both ceiling and flooring voids and have been specifically designed to have ultra-low noise levels whilst adhering to both current and future 2018 regulations.

Consisting of an outer casing of insulated galvanised sheet steel, Energy Plus units also feature the following components:

• Counter-flow highly efficient, aluminum heat exchanger independently tested by Euro-vent.
• Supply and extract plug type fans, with EC motors delivering maximum efficiency and control whilst innovative impellor design ensures optimum acoustics.
• High efficiency F7 type filters on fresh air circuit and M6 on exhaust.
• Differential air pressure switches to indicate filters status.
• Bypass damper for free cooling applications.
• Externally mounted control panel to allow for easy wiring and integration of remote control unit.

In addition to the above standard features, the range also includes the following optional accessories:

• Post heat-exchanger electrical heater battery.
• Pre Heat-exchanger frost protection electrical battery.
• LTHW & CHW post heat-exchanger coil.
