Chevin HA Selects Lovell For £20m Contract

Chevin Housing Association (HA) has selected Lovell to carry out £20 million of improvement works for homes across Yorkshire.

The two year refurbishment scheme will involve major replacement and improvement works including new kitchens and bathrooms, rewiring work, the installation of new heating systems and re-roofing work along with replacing windows and doors.

The scheme will see improvements to 565 homes over the next 12 months.

Lovell Regional Director Robert Adams said: "We’re excited to be bringing our expertise in delivering large-scale housing refurbishment work to this important scheme for Chevin Housing Association."
