The projects are to be completed by summer 2016.
It is understood the plans include to build a 25 metre eight lane swimming pool, a six court sports hall, a 100 station fitness suite, an artificial turf pitch and additional parking facilities.

Kier Property has also been appointed by G F Tomlinson Group to construct the £12m Light Cinema development at Walsall Waterfront, which will provide 5,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space including up to four restaurants.
