Work On Ansty Park Expansion Continues

Construction work on the Ansty Park expansion in Coventry is progressing well.

Wates Construction is currently delivering the new Aerospace Research Centre on behalf of the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), the High Temperature Research Centre in conjunction with the University of Birmingham and Rolls-Royce and the MTC's Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre.

Building work on the new £15m Aerospace Research Centre, includes the creation of a two-storey office and development workshop.

Construction is now also underway on MTC's adjacent £18m Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre, which will become the first national college for apprentices, manufacturing engineering graduate development and industrial design.

Construction of all three developments is expected to reach completion by Spring 2015.
