Welcome to Peak Architects; we are an innovative architectural practice with a proven track record of providing inspiring designs and buildings. We work across all sectors including residential and commercial design with no project being too small.
Based in Bamford, in the beautiful Peak District, we have extensive architectural and project management skills and use these to guide and advise the client through the various stages of any build, including planning, building regulations, appointment of a contractor and construction.

We utilise a variety of media from model making and hand drawn sketches to the latest computer modeling and 3D visualisations to communicate our ideas and allow the client to be central to the development of the design and decision making process.

Design Packages
At Peak Architects we believe that at all stages of the design process there must be transparency in the architectural services and deliverables offered.
In order to achieve this ‘transparency’ we have developed a series of design packages that simplify the process and from experience achieve the levels of work normally required by our clients. They are not exhaustive or pre-scriptive and should be seen as a guide to our services.
We can also if required offer a full Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) scope of architectural services and deliverables; as well as a series of ‘tailor made’ design packages especially for the smaller domestic scale projects.
