Founded in 2009 to realise that the quality of windows available only came with a significant price, we established a methodology that helped reduce costs without compromising on quality. Because we have every aspect of the process within our control, we are able to achieve significant savings and therefore pass on the savings to you.

We source the best materials from suppliers and we can validate our quality from start to finish Our whole operation is totally customer focused and will work with you (or your builder or your architect) during the specification stage and during installation and fitting. We can ensure that the timing of our window installation works best for your project. To start with we do most of our surveys in evenings or weekends that fit in with you.


OUR PHILOSOPHY

Replacement Windows and Doors:
Our methodology is to replace completely the existing and doors, rather than to renovate. So when we bring our windows to site we know we can promise a complete working system.

The main reason for this:

• The weight of the new sashes (with double glazing) is often not suitable for the existing structure.


• The time spent on site is dramatically reduced and therefore the cost Quality control within our factory will ensure that the window mechanism, movement and draft seals are perfect before arriving on site.
  
• The quality of our paint finish is so smooth that when it comes to repaint the window the woodwork does not need to be rubbed down We are the only company that also spray finish all the additional woodwork.


• Architrave to ensure the finish carries over the whole installation. The paint finish is so smooth it wont need to be prepared before repainting.

Doors and French Doors
Our timber French doors are bespoke products made to measure and like our casement windows can be ordered in two different profiles

• 56 mm open in and open out
• 69 mm open in only

The pricing of our door systems provides our clients a real alternative to PVC casement windows, but with style and quality of solid timber.

Window Republic door systems can be ordered with several fixed panes and opening casements regular hinges, parliament/projection hinges or friction hinges.

Casement Windows
Our timber casement windows can be ordered in two different profiles:

• 56mm outward opening with an integrated 'stay' locking mechanism
• 69mm inward opening or tilt and turn Continental European type

The pricing of our casement windows provides our clients a real alternative to PVC casement windows, but with style and quality of solid timber.

Sash Windows
Window Republic produces all types of classic timber sash windows, meeting the needs of UK properties.

We always aim at maximising the original charm of your period property by re-producing exact copies of the original sash windows. When we are working in London, many councils have strict design and quality rules.

We are one of few companies that is pre-approved by Conservation Areas in London such as the Mapesbury Conservation area.
