We can then give you a basic quote including delivery to your site. If you are happy with our quote at this stage, we can then provide a comprehensive price for a more detailed building - taking into consideration if the building has skylights, insulation, non standard roof pitch, etc.

This way you can tailor the price to your own exact requirements without paying for items that you do not necessarily need.

How It Works

• Get a Quote
Once you are happy with budget price ...
We then arrange for our steel suppliers engineering estimator to supply CAD drawings of your building. From this, they produce a complete breakdown of the cost of the building.
EVERYTHING UP TO NOW IS TOTALLY FREE ...

• Payment
When you are totally satisfied and wish to proceed with your order, a minimal deposit is required. Then the balance to be paid is lodged with a leading bank, they only release the funds on receipt of a completed delivery schedule - NO RISK.

• Prepare your Base
Detailed specifications are supplied for the buildings base when using a raft, or you may already have your base designed using another method of construction. Advice on this is always available from us at any stage.

• Delivery to site
Your building will be safely delivered to your site by the manufacturers own transport and safely offloaded by the operator using the on-board forklift. All components are checked fully. SUITABILITY OF ACCESS MUST BE AGREED BEFOREHAND.

• ERECT BUILDING
Once you are ready to erect your new building either using a builder or self assembly, a detailed manual is supplied to enable a trouble free step by step build. All uprights bolt directly to the building floor making the whole process of assembling the frame very quick.
