Obnoxious. Tried to change a survey time to either 8:30 or 4pm and the gent complained that it didn`t fit into his time scales as he starts at 5:30 am

Taltrees installed a woodburner stove for us in our new home. We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that we engaged them to install our central heating system. Throughout the job they were brilliant, spending a lot of time making sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to others.

We used Taltrees Stoves last month to install our multi-fuel burner. We were impressed from start to finish with the efficiency of the service in the showroom to the survey process and the installation. We were left with a fabulous stove that looks stunning sitting in our living room.
Although we were let down by the stove manufacturer with the model we originally selected (lead times pushed back several months) Taltrees advised us of the issuaq and suggested an alternative model and although at a higher price to the original model we selected they did not change the contract price.
Thorough and professional and highly recommended.

I've been looking a while for an opportunity to review this company. Over a year ago they spent two days repairing our chimney and fire-place after a pretty bad chimney fire. Brickwork was replaced, a flexible liner fitted, and the Franco-Belge Monaco stove installed. They were a real pleasure to deal with from the very beginning, and the team of fitters were highly professional throughout. Best of all was the price, significantly undercutting other quotes. Highly recommended!
