Welcome to Electric Gate Systems Ltd, your truly independent distributor, specialising solely in Gate Automation. We don't install products; this means we can focus on specifically providing a quality wholesale service to our valued TRADE ONLY customers.

As a specialist distributor in gate automation and entry systems we can offer a fully comprehensive service from the initial quotation right through to successful delivery. We are the official distributor of BENINCA, serving the 32 counties of Ireland. We are based in Newry which has become the central hub between North and South due to border location.


Our wide range of products consists of standard electric gates, door automation, rising bollards as well as sliding gates. Our cantilever products are the best in its kind and are constantly surpassing expectations.


All of our kits come with illustrated recommendations and instructions in order to make installations as efficiently as possible.

 As well as this, we also provide a wide range of accessories including keypad access, control panels and wired/wireless intercoms.

We are proud to state that our superbly trained, specialist technical support team are on hand to offer advice and support on all system requirements as well any installation inconvenience.

The sales team are available from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Friday. We will be only too happy to discuss and advise on your project needs and queries should it be one entry system or multi-entrance system.

We have a large warehouse with a vast range of products, including possibly the largest selection of essential accessories in stock and as a result, most orders can be ready on the same day, if not the following.


We aim to maintain a high standard of training at EGS. This is a recurring event for both staff and customers. This is completed so that we may be the top of our league and provide the best possible outcome from our installers to the end user.
