Our coordinating bathroom taps, showers and accessories, and our range of kitchen taps are all covered by our 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Salamander shower pumps and whole house pumps are guaranteed for at least 2 years.
Accessories
From the Cubist styled Pablo range to the classic white ceramic indices of Churchmans, we have the bathroom range to suit your style. Basin taps and bath taps and fillers co-ordinate with showers and WC accessories to give your bathroom a consistent designer feel.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are available for all our products and will be despatched within 1-2 working days. Sagittarius will hold replacement parts for discontinued ranges for up to 3 years after the discontinuation date.

We at Sagittarius feel our products should perform as well as they look. To be able to offer this commitment of quality as standard, we are very specific about the manufacturers we use, and we ensure they have the same attention to detail in place that we want to offer to you the purchaser of our products.
Such is our confidence in our manufacturers, we offer a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects (excludes moving and serviceable parts, neglect and abuse). We also offer a 10 year guarantee on the chrome plating.
Our Environment and Well Being
We all know how precious water is to our general well being, and how we can take steps ourselves to reduce the amount of water we use. In our continued commitment to water wastage we have developed eco filters that can be fitted to our products to restrict the amount of litres per minute of water.
As well as these filters there are Sensor taps, handsets and shower heads, all of which are, or can be adapted, to limit water usage where required.
We also strongly believe that our products should be manufactured and distributed by people who work in Safe and Healthy working conditions. And we also want our products to have the minimal effect on the environment.
In our ongoing commitment to being environmentally aware we endeavour to comply at all times to our Environmental Management policy.
Delivery Service
All orders placed by 2pm will be delivered on a next day service (Subject to availability/location). Orders under £50.00 will incur a carriage charge of £6.00*.
Timed Deliveries (Next Day AM Delivery ~ Saturday AM Delivery) are available at extra cost.

*£100.00 Minimum carriage paid orders to Northern/Southern Ireland.
Orders under £100.00 will incur a carriage charge of £10.00 Northern and £20.00 Southern Ireland.
Direct Deliveries to the Channel Islands/Guernsey will incur a £15.00 Carriage Charge.
