Specialising in wooden floors, produced from European PEFC & FSC certified managed forests, Lordrite is fulfilling the requirements of the many architects, designers and consumers who no longer wish to use wood from unknown sources. The wooden floors are not only sourced from FSC & PEFC managed forests, they are also produced using non-toxic chemicals, unlike other imported brands that can add to the cocktail of possibly harmful chemicals in today's modern household interiors.
Recognising the increasing demand for ecologically friendly flooring solutions, Lordrite Wooden Floors opened the doors to its new showroom in the thriving retail town centre of Chichester, West Sussex in the summer of 2008.
Our Products
Growing numbers of people are becoming concerned that increasing the value of their homes by adding beautiful wooden and laminate flooring was often achieved at a cost to the environment. Research of the worldwide wood flooring market by Lordrite Wooden Floors has enabled them to create an extensive range of products from renewable and environmentally sound sources, unique to each regional market. Through our negotiations, we have exclusively secured the rights to this range of wood throughout Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. In addition to solid and engineered flooring products we stock a full range of eco-friendly laminate, carpet, vinyl and stone, together with a range of environmentally friendly care products to complement any floor.
Restoration
Sanding and finishing a hardwood floor is a skill that is learnt over many years. Our fully trained staff work only for Lordrite Wooden Floors and we do not sub contract our work as we firmly believe it's the personal touch that matters.
All our finishers are trained by the company and are taught that it is the customer's satisfaction that is of the utmost importance.
We use only the latest, high quality machinery made by Bona and have been using these machines for many years with nothing but the highest quality of workmanship.
