Conservatories
All styles of conservatories can be manufactured in a complete package that includes sealants, fixings, drill bits and a roof installation guide on DVD plus full drawings. The styles available include Edwardian, Victorian, Lean-to, P-shaped and gable end.

VICTORIAN Fully reinforced Swish frames are made from the highest quality PVCu.

LEAN-TO These are available in white, mahogany woodgrain, light oak, white / woodgrain and white /light oak.
New Zoom roof.

P SHAPE Tailored to suit awkward areas, the P-shaped conservatory makes maximum use of the space available.

GABLE END Various glass options and roof glazing materials can be offered.

Windows
A significant proportion of heat is lost through single glazed windows, particularly with old or ill fitting frames. Replacing them with double glazing means lower fuel bills, fewer draughts and better noise reduction.

However the main benefits of PVC-U are low maintenance and high durability; unlike wooden frames which usually require frequent repainting. In addition modern PVC-U frames have a smooth, consistent and reliable operation and are extremely thermally efficient.

Choose the Glass You Want
A little imagination can go a long way when selecting the right glass for a home. Choose from traditional plain glass, frosted, textured, leaded, Georgian and coloured glass.

Choose the Style that Suits you
Swish offers you a range of styles and formats of window to choose from. These include traditional outward opening casement windows which can be hinged on the left, right or at the top as well as inward opening 'tilt and turn' windows for added versatility.

Doors
Your door says a lot about you and your house. Modern PVC-U doors are designed to stay looking smart permanently and yet are low maintenance and require no painting.

PVC-U doors, like windows are individually made to your requirements and can be styled in keeping with your new windows.

Stylish and Practical
Swish System PVC-U doors can be finished in white, mahogany or sherwood or even a combination of white and wood effect.

To lighten the door area and add that welcoming touch choose a fully or part glazed door combined with leaded or stained glass which is available in a wide variety of designs and styles.

Full Strength
Swish System doors are good looking and practical, with reinforcement for added strength and security. The doors can be configured to be inward or outward opening, left or right hand hung and for wheelchair users where access is a problem the doorway can be built to a low profile making it easier to get in and out.

AVOID!!!
I recently went through my insurance company Sheila’s Wheels who used Martindales.
They took over 5 weeks to replace my damaged front door, when they finally came to replace the door they installed a panel with a dent.
My hallway is quite dark so I didn’t notice this damage until around a week or so later. I then called martindales who send out the same fitters to inspect, and they completely denied it and blamed me for the damage. I then went through a manager at Martindales who also blamed me, I then asked to see the photographs that the fitters took when they installed the door…..I was sent the photos and you can clearly see the damage to the panel in the photo taken on fitting. So I again demanded a replacement panel at the cost of the company as it was now obvious that the damage was caused by the fitters and not myself.
I began dealing with Martindales in Sept 2021 and it’s now Jan 2022 and at present I still have the faulty front door installed by Martindales.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

And if you are unfortunate enough to have the displeasure of dealing with Susan Hodgkin (the manager of Rotham branch) then I feel really sorry for you as she is with out a doubt the rudest, most vile woman I have ever encountered. Even after the photographs she continued to blame me. Her tone and her manner and nothing short of disgraceful. To be completely honest she is an absolute embarrassment as a manager. Her customer service skills are shocking and I’m completely disgusted by how she personally treated me.
