Unique NEW garden room range
Welcome to Proline, a new and innovative range of sustainable garden buildings exclusively designed by Garden Affairs.
Using a new, sustainable construction material: Tricoya, the Proline offers not just design flexibility and low maintenance costs, but a stability and durability not seen before in the outdoor room market.
Garden Affairs Managing Director, Richard Squire, says: ‘We’re super-excited to be offering this unique new range to our customers. We’ve used the latest in exterior cladding technology to produce a beautiful building that’s genuinely top-tier in its ability to stand up to the elements.’
At first glance, the Proline looks like any other contemporary and thoughtfully-designed Garden Affairs outdoor building. But its uniqueness lies in the pioneering new material it is built from.
Tricoya is an exceptionally stable, modern wood composite that copes effortlessly with all outdoor weather conditions and moisture variations. It will not rot or warp, and is resistant to fungal attack.
Richard says, ‘Proline marks a huge step forward in the world of garden buildings: exceptional stability, totally rot-proof combined with stylish good looks”.
The Proline is available in a size to suit all gardens – from 1.8m x 1.8m up to 5.6m x 3.4m. Customers can choose any configuration of door and window from a wide variety of sizes and styles. This is a truly customisable building. With its flat roof, under 2.5m high, it is compliant with most planning guidelines even when placed right next to a boundary.
And the Proline’s outstanding performance doesn’t mean there’s any compromise on style. Its vertical tongue and groove effect exterior cladding gives it a crisp, clean appearance. Inside, an mdf tongue and groove lining offers a smart and neat interior painted finish.
Like all our garden buildings, the Proline is ideally suited for a wide range of uses, says Richard, ‘from home offices and hobby rooms to teenagers’ dens, gyms and even for small businesses. The high-performance insulation in the floors, walls and roof ensure the Proline is comfortable all year round. This is a fully breathable building with a constant temperature - warm in winter, cool in summer.’
