Products & Services
Our products are marketed under DrySpec® brand through our Sales and Technical Department that are CE marked to comply with all the relevant industrial standards. We offer an inclusive design and manufacture service through our Technical Support team, further extending our support from design to handover for your construction projects. We also offer bespoke steel sections and solutions to customer’s own specifications.

Drywall & Ceiling Systems:

• Non Load Bearing Metal Stud Partitions - Our lightweight drywall system is designed to produce easy to construct non load-bearing partitions. Metal stud partitioning has a wide range of applications including residential, commercial and industrial.


• MF Ceiling Systems & Components - Our MF ceiling system has a wide range of applications including both residential and commercial. It is ideally suited to where services are accommodated. It can be used to both upgrade and protect existing ceiling structures. Varying ceiling heights can be achieved to accommodate the varying ducting and services that are used in the market place today. Our MF ceiling system is compatible with all proprietary plasterboards.


• Wall Liner System - All wall liner profiles are manufactured to BS 7364:1990 from pre galvanized material to BS EN 10346: 2015.


• Fire Barrier Systems - Our slotted angle and strap can be used to restrict the passage of both flames and smoke between ceilings, floors and roofs when used with a proprietary fire barrier quilt and galvanized wire mesh.

Structural Light Steel Framing:

• Infill - Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 10346:2015 in both S390 GD+Z275 and S450 GD+Z275 material grades. All steel sections are manufactured to close tolerance with a thorough inspection procedure before despatch according the relevant standards. These section tables detail the critical dimensions and properties of each section according to BS 5950-5 and BS EN 1993-1-3. The list of products is not exhaustive as bespoke sections can be provided upon request.

Fabrication:

• Cladding & Flashings - Drywall Steel Sections offer a full range of profiled sheet and flashings all available in finishes including Plastisol, PVF2 and galvanized. We can offer a quick turn around on flashings which means more often than not they can be ordered and collected the same day.
• Bespoke Pressed Sections - Drywall Steel Sections has all the necessary resources in plant and machinery to produce a wide variety of pressed sections from our extensive range of tooling. Bespoke sections are available in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium which can be chamfered and tapered to your specifications.

Mezzanine & Roof Purlins
Drywall Steel Sections can now offer a full range of ‘Cee’, ‘Zed’ and plain channels with both equal and odd legs for use in a wide variety of applications including, construction, mezzanines, ceilings and modular/offsite buildings.
