Who We Are
We are a family run business and we first began back in 2010 under FR Lifting Services, providing health & safety inspections and maintenance to all lifting equipment within the construction industry which also included full paint refurbishments.

With the amount of paint refurbishments we carried out in 6 years, we decided to expand the business in 2017 to offer our paint spraying service to other industries and widen the scope. We have now relocated from Ossett and are now based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, operating from a fully equipped workshop and spray booth. FR Paint Sprayers is an expansion & trade name of FR Lifting Services.

We can also offer shot blasting for the removal of possible scale, rust and surface imperfections in adherence to BS7079.

What We Use
FR Paint Sprayers offer a range of wet spray coatings using only the best high performance Two Pack Polyurethane/Epoxy.

What is wet paint spraying?
Wet spraying is a traditional surface coating method by which we apply a liquid coating (Zinc Silicate, Epoxy, Polyurethane or Glass Flake Epoxy) to a prepared surface. Items suited to wet spraying include plastics, fibreglass, MDF, GRP, uPVC. Like powder coating, wet spraying provides a robust yet attractive finish. We offer two pack in all RAL and BS colours with a choice of gloss levels such as Matt, Satin, Eggshell & High Gloss.

Two pack polyurethane offers the high resistance to weathering including sunlight and is UV stable holding its colour for many years. Two pack polyurethane coatings have a dry film thickness of approximately 50-80µm and 1000 hours salt spray, resulting in a durable finish for external applications. Polyurethane coatings are ideal for items subject to exterior exposure such as plant equipment, sports and recreation equipment, outdoor furniture, lawn and garden implements, playground equipment.

Epoxy coatings serve primarily as decorative as well as functional coatings with thin film coatings in a range of 1 to 3 mils.

They are ideal for applications such as metal cabinets, sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, brass plumbing and hardware fixtures, toolboxes, safety equipment, appliances, wire goods and automotive underbody/underhood applications.
