Executive Ceilings & Partitions Ltd was established in 1999 with a management team with over forty years combined experience in the suspended ceiling and partitioning industry. We have a client base ranging from domestic customers, builders, shopfitters through industry to the public sector so you can be guaranteed a professional yet personal service whatever your requirements may be.

We have an extensive range of suspended ceilings that are aesthetically pleasing but also meet industry performance standards for structural fire protection, moisture resistance and acoustic performance.


• Partitions - Stylish wall partitions add a sense of luxury coming in a wide range of finishes and touches for a stylish finish. The stylish elements that can be characterised include door glasses and lighting to make a room appear more attractive and functional. We can offer a full design interior service for your office interior including partitioning, ceilings and floors.


• Dry Lining - Dry lining to an interior wall is the superior alternative to two coat plastering. We provide a complete service ranging from measuring from drawings and site visits. There are certain specifications we can also help with such as thermal and acoustic solutions.


• Plastering - We can offer a comprehensive range of plastering solutions for interior walls and ceilings in office spaces, prestige buildings and reception spaces. We can carry out repairs from pre-existing damage to an interior wall or completely new constructions so that you have a strong and stylish finished look to any interior wall.


• Fire Protection - We have a range of fire safety solutions to help makes sure your premises is compliant with the new reforms as outlined in the Fire Safety Legislation. Some of our solutions include intumescent coatings and fire board encasements.


• Access Flooring - We can provide high quality individual access flooring solutions for cabling and air management in Hi-Tec Offices, Dealing Rooms, Computer Rooms and Telecommunications facilities. Access flooring provides a space between the structural floor and additional floor making it ideal for cables going through to office workstations

Our company is located in Swalwell in the North East of England, just outside of Newcastle. Though we are located in the North East we also offer our services nationwide.
