Installing a new chimney requires professional advice. At Topstak, our team is HETAS registered and we are here to help you every step of the way. We offer a choice of systems to suit all styles of property including barn conversions which often require a metal chimney above the roof to meet with planning regulations. Topstak supplies a choice of systems for building a large open fireplace and chimney to suit.
Fuels & Log Stores
Topstak supply a great selection of fuels including premium kiln dried firewood, seasoned firewood, coal and wood pellets. We deliver our firewood locally on our own vehicles and also throughout the UK via carefully selected hauliage companies.

This includes fully computer generated and realistically rendered kitchen images that represent your particular layout.Your choice of styles includes the classic hand painted Chichester along with the real oak finish of the Henley. We are also happy to supply the kitchen units for self-installation. The units are pre-assembled for ease of installation and have many great time saving features, such as adjustable feet and wall brackets. I did send a note to Phil to tell him about the fantastic service we received from your installation team and all in the office. This is our second installation and we are delighted with both the products and the service we have had.
In particular Dave and his team were superb. They worked so hard and kept everywhere clean and tidy and were very courteous especially due to the fact I had to work from home for 3 days and had a lot of phone meetings but was not disturbed in any way . They cleaned everything away and hoovered after every day's work was finished and left everything spotless after the installation was complete . They gave me a demonstration and gave me hints and tips on how to use my fire.
I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience and would give 10 out of 10 in all areas

Topstak Testimonial: Chesney's Salisbury 10 Double-Sided Stove
At Topstak we always like to give our customers the opportunity to have their say and tell us about their experience, whether that is browsing our showroom or having our team install their purchase.
Chloe Shafto has recently had a Chesney's Salisbury 10 Double-Sided stove installed and we spoke to her to find out the difference it has made to her home.
Why did you choose the Salisbury 10 Double-Sided stove for your home?
My husband and I went to the Topstak showroom in Cowbridge and the double-sided stove grabbed our attention. We realised it was an opportunity to have a stove in not just one room, but two! My husband is a joiner so he was aware of double sided stoves, but I had no idea they existed. After seeing it in the showroom we then set our hearts on having it.
How did you hear about Topstak?
We live locally and my husband works on the same estate as Topstak, so it was easy to pop in.
What was your experience like in the showroom?
It was a while ago now, but everyone was very friendly and approachable. The sales team were very happy to help and gave us all the information that we needed. We were also in the middle of renovating our home when we first saw the Salisbury 10, so we didn’t purchase the stove straightaway. When we did make the purchase, the stove was installed within a week, so we were really happy that it happened so quickly.
How was the installation process?
We actually weren’t at home but my mother-in-law popped round to let them in and she said that the guys were great! It was the hottest day of the year and they didn’t stop working all day. We then came home to find it all finished and our home was very clean and tidy.
Where did you have the stove fitted?
It’s in the living room and also the kitchen/dining room, as these are the rooms that we use the most. There is something quite nice about being curled up on the sofa with the stove on. We even put a wall up in our house especially so that we could have it in this specific location!
What difference has the stove made to your home?
It definitely has the wow factor, which is exactly what we wanted! Everyone that comes to visit always comments on how much they love it.
Why did you choose Topstak to fit your new stove?
We had a few quotes from other companies but Topstak has the best customer service. The other companies tried to undercut the price and were quite pushy, but Topstak matched everybody else and we still received their excellent service. I am really happy that we went with Topstak.
