Essex Mini Piling

We are an Essex-based company specialising in domestic extensions, conservatories, etc.

Our engine mounted cost-effective piling rig, with snap lock sprung augers, is capable of 8 mini piles per day depending on site conditions.


We specialise in the construction of:

• Mini piles up to 300mm diameter and up to 20 meters deep
• Ground beams
• Piled rafts
• Block and beam floors
• Restricted access 700mm wide
• Low Headroom i.e. garage door 1850mm

Piled Rafts
Job dug to correct depth with a 50mm blinding of sand, piles cut to correct height and clayboard wrapped in polythene reinforced steel placed before being concreted.

Ground Beams
Piles in place with ground beam dug cellcore and claymaster in place with reinforced steel cages placed before being concreted.

Block and Beam
Block and Beam floor laid to specified floor plan, washed with sharp sand and cement to lock Block and Beam in place.
