We are a professional ecological consultancy, providing pragmatic design planning advice to property developers and architects throughout London and South East England.
All our fees are inclusive of travel and local biological records where required (Required for Extended Phase 1 Ecological Surveys). We try to keep our fees as low as possible so you can meet your project goals. We do this without compromising on quality to meet the needs of protected species legislation and local planning policy.
As experienced, professional Ecologists in Kent we provide a variety of surveys to assist developers in meeting their obligations and to help them avoid unnecessary delays, cost and disruption by ensuring such matters are dealt with early and comprehensively in the planning process. We provide Ecological Consultancy serving the entire South of England; we are the experts in Bat Surveys, Extended Phase 1 Ecological Surveys.
We also provide pragmatic advice to developers from the beginning to incorporate key ecological habitats used by protected species often preventing costly translocation exercises.
