Professional independent testing and consultancy services
Build Check offer a comprehensive professional independent testing service.

• Airtightness testing in compliance with Building Regulations Parts L1 and L2 – Commercial and Dwellings market.
• Acoustic testing: Pre-completion testing for Building Regulations Part E.
• Thermographic Inspections including Continuity of Insulation, Roof surveys and fault finding.
• Window Energy Ratings: allows the window manufacturer to display the energy saving recommended logo on their product.
• Thermal Transmittance Calculations:
• U-value analysis of Building Components for Document L compliance.
• Thermal analysis to determine U-values of doors, windows, floors, roofs and walls in compliance of Approved Document L.

Product Certification
Build Check Certification is approved as an Independent Agency for the BFRC
(British Fenestration Ratings Council). Our Windows & Doors: BFRC Rating Certification scheme allows manufacturers to apply to use the energy rating label on their products. The rating is expressed as a number. The rating is converted into a grade between A and G (with A being the most energy efficient).
