Hickey Fabrication Services was established in 2001 by Ger Hickey. After much experience in the steel fabrication industry Ger decided to set up business.

Today, operating from a purpose built manufacturing plant at Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford with over 15,000 sq feet of state-of-the-art workshop and fabrication space, as well as 62,000 sq feet of lay down area, HFS employ highly skilled workforce.

Our location, between the two major manufacturing centres of Cork and Waterford, and just 1km from the N25, means that we are well placed to serve clients in Munster and the South East, as well as the rest of Ireland.

In recent years we have won a few accolades for our work and have been featured in The Sunday Times and The Irish Examiner as well as being featured by Damien Kilberd in his Newstalk business programme.

Our reputation for excellent, personal service reflects our practical, no nonsense and rigorous approach to project management. From initial design brief meetings with clients through to installation, our project managers and engineers will make sure that everything happens when it should and in conjunction with project programs that you are kept informed of progress during every part of the process.

As part of our project management service we are always happy to liaise with architects, engineers and designers on our clients’ behalf when it comes to design, specification, finishes and installation.

Over the years we have built a wide range of varied and increasingly complex products for both residential and commercial incorporating steel, glass and wood as integral materials in our projects.

Hickey Fabrication Services Ltd. provide a design, manufacture and installation service for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Stainless Steel makes a very hygienic surface that is very easy to clean, ideally suited to clean-room, pharmaceutical & bi-medical use.
