Unlike many other roofing systems, subject to condition we can install onto existing timbers. The product can also be fitted as an overlay installation making it an ideal solution on large commercial roofs.

The membranes are a single-ply polyester fibre reinforced PVC waterproofing material unaffected by expansion and contraction; the membranes are proven in all climates with an extremely high resistance to aging, The above membranes have proven life spans of over 40 years and counting. Our products come with full manufacturers warranties, we can also supply insurance backed warranties on all products to include all labour and material. High-Tech Membrane Roofing Ltd offers a rock solid 20-year commercial guarantee. Our guarantee is supported with a full manufacturer’s warranty. All warranties are transferable and we can also offer a IBG (insurance backed guarantee). Many larger contracts are requesting a separate IBG. It is wise to be careful on this as many contractors will imply that the manufacturer’s warranty is insurance backed. THEY ARE NOT. High Quality Flat Roofs
High-Tech PVC membranes are vapour permeable and 100% resistant to any form of cracking and blistering. The membranes are UV resistant and solar reflective; they are proven to perform in all climates. The products are unaffected by expansion and contraction and require very little maintenance.

Installed as manufactures specification
We will always install all product as to manufacturers specifications and will only use manufacturers product to prevent any warranty issues. All joins carry a tested fusion weld guaranteeing a waterproof roof. All membranes are terminated to various pre-formed metals.

Insulation
We can supply and fit any insulation as specified and include laid to falls. We have access to all leading manufacturers of insulation.

Green Roofs
We have a partner company for any Sedum Green Roof design. We can offer a supply and fit service on all Sedum Green Roofs.

Roof Lanterns and Skylights
We can supply and fit a huge range of skylights or roof lanterns. All our products will comply with Building Regulations and U Values will meet criteria.
